    Inputting Free text in Form

    Hi all

I currently have a user form with client details, I want to put a number of Box's on the form so the user can add comments, I have created a table with client details and added 4 comment MEMO fields ie Comment1 Comment2 Comment3 Comment4 , this works on the form in as much as I can type in my comments, however, When I go back to the form and select the client, the comments are no longer there, but they are in datasheet view, The user needs to be able to view the form and the comments when a Manager asks for information.

    What am I doing wrong???

If you have the text boxes on the form, then you must ensure they are bound to their respective control sources in the table. Do this in the text box properties.

    Text Box's

    Hi Connextionlost

I have 4 memo fields in a table which presumed would be ok as the comments could be very long (patient data) so do i do the same with them and bound them to the record source?
