Currency Vs Double

Should i use currency to record currency data or should i use double.



I am using a DB example from the net and all the fields where currency is handled is set to double.

Double is a floating point field and Currency is a very special 4 decimal place field. My preference is to use Currency fields whenever I can; especially if you will be doing any math on the field. Currency does not give you those unexpected results you can get from floating point approximations.
