I'm trying to apply a filter to a form based on a value in a calculated Txt box but am having no luck. Is it possible? Thanks in advance

I don't think you can but I may stand corrected.
Instead of a calculated txt box on the form, could you do the calculation in the recordsource because then you could filter on that?
