MS Access condiition in expression builder within form

Hi I have code In the picture below and it almost works but when I add the condition "company percentage of ownership is greater than 50" it doesn't sum up the fx reval amounts that are associated with them. Any ideas?

Is the field set with Percent number format in table? If so, try >0.5

yeah I looked into that but I decided to just change the field set in the table as a number with no decimals and then changed the condition to " >50" for some reason its still not working keeps returning 0.

Not the Decimal property, Format property. Is it set as Percent?

Do any records meet all criteria?
