Checklist interface on a form

Hi, I've been trying to do a checklist on a form that takes some specific data from a table and allows me to select records and send those that were selected to a new list on the same form, but I'm really lost and don't evene know where to start looking.

Are you talking about 2 listboxes side-by-side exchanging rows?
