Question Help on my auto-built tiny erp/db

    Good evening everyone!

I'm new and really happy to have found a forum where we talk about MS Access

I built a db access 2016 based on when, many years ago, I had used a very old version of Access.

Years passed and I immediately realized that there are many gaps to fill, so I tried to look at some tutorials
online and I got some things done but they're still big holes and I need help.

I created a "clean" version of my file and uploaded it in a zip format because explaining everything becomes difficult if you do not have the file and so..

thanks in advance and 1st question :

    1) inside tab_commessa I would want to see, for the first record, the fild bc_costi fulfilled with the first value (result of a query) because
it is the right result to get back given to the previous field selected, but I retrieve all the data from the query not the only bc_cost related to the bc_esteso_versione

I know using calculated field is not the best in Access but they are very useful for many reasons (immediate results and so on..)

    2) even if the query of bc_cost retrieves one result only (that is not unfortunately the situation) is there a way to generically force to get the record of a query generated data fulfilled
directly the "cell" without having to manually select from the dropdown ?

    Many many many Thanks!
