Graphics on report

I would like to have graphics on reports with a line at the edges of the report with a "clean edged" turn in the corners. One of may creditors looks like they are using Access and their line makes a real nice bend. My son finished college and should have been able to help but were not doing so well yet. Here is an example of my creditors line and it works. What is the easiest way to do it? Can the LINE under design be bent at all?

Only way I know to do this is to add an image to report design. Build an image with a graphics application.
