Using the default task management template from microsoft:

I am using the default form, but will add a 'Requestor' field. Can anyone tell me how to write a macro to email a 'requestor' when the 'status' of an issue is changed to anything apart from 'Not started'. By the default the requestor would have this on 'Not started'.
