Query email count by day from Outlook 2016

Hi guys,



Is anyone able to tell me (if it is possible) to query emails from outlook on a daily basis? Ideally as an automated process. I am using outlook 2016. I have setup a query but need to open a seperate mailbox each morning. It's a pain! I want to know the number of emails sent and received each day.
