Post Access Report not printing in landscape in some computers

    Hi

I have a report printing in landscape mode in few computers and portrait in some others. Could you please give a solution on this?

    Thanks
    Jo

That is very odd. When you look at the report on the 'wrong' PCs, are the settings correct? , is the Rpt set to Landscape (in design mode)?

    Hi Ranman256

Yes, it still shows the same settings. But when I run the report, it is printing in portrait in PDF.
    I tried adding the code
    Reports("Report_Name").Printer.Orientation = acPRORLandscape
    but no luck.

    you didnt mention the PDF.
You DO have to set the PDF settings in the printer definition. Ive seen pdf writer override the report setting.

you could make another PDF printer, name it PDF Land, and set default settings to Landscape.
the report would print to it.
