Newbie needs help

This is probably simple, so thank you in advance.
I have a small gym in which I have been inputting customer addresses.
I want to send a mailing to all those who have become non-members and invite them to re-join the gym.
In the country field, we have an "N" for non-member and and "M" for current member.
I want to do a search on city or cities and all non-members to create a new database to then print mailing labels.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

What do you mean by 'new database'?

Just build a query with filter criteria. Use that as the RecordSource of a report to print on label sheets.
