Lightbulb validation rule for phone number

I need to have the user enter a phone number with the format starting with 05 then followed by 8 more digits....I don't want them to start with numbers other than 05 then they need to insert 8 more numbers and nothing else like letters or symbols. I don't want to have input mask as it will give spaces of 8 ------ and user can click on any space let us say 3rd or 4th space leaving the previous spaces empty and generate errors!

    Thanks

This sounds familiar - the advice here should assist?

You won't be able to stop them putting in 05 00000000 though as a work around.

I would prepend the 05 after they put in the all numeric value for the rest.
