Disabling Options

please see above image. how can i disable right click options on form.

and also is there is a way of disabling the parent form from selecting when another for is open?

in form properties - other, change shortcut menu property from yes to no

File-->Options-->Current Database-->Ribbon & Tool bar options--> Untick Allow Default Shortcut Menus
