    Can not open access 2016 mde application -problem in 64 bit


    Hello ,I have a problem with mde access 2016 application :I installed access 2016 mde application in my computer and after an automatic Microsoft update the application can not function and it shows a msgbox " can not open application made in 64 bit .Can anyone have the answer how I fix this problem.Please - it very urgent for me.Thank you from advanced,Benjamin

    If you only have the mde version, you can't fix it for 64 bit
    You will need to update the original mdb version to work in 64 bit e.g. by updating API declarations

    However if it's that important there is a company that can convert MDE to MDB. Its run by Wayne Phillips
    You would need to prove ownership and pay them

    If it's Access 2016, did you mean ACCDE?
