Combobox and Saving problems

I'm in trouble with my combobox. So I took some printscreens and I'll leave the link here so everyone can access it.

My problem is:
The combobox should control all the other fields. As I change the combobox value, all the other ones should be updated. This is already working. The problem is that when I change any information at the other fields, it does not save! And sometimes it mess some data from the combobox, duplicating some entries.

Any solutions?

The error you are getting has to do with validation of the data. The coding on your form is most likely trying to add a new record where the data on the form is blank or not the correct data type for that field.
