    Warning Message for Missed Date

    Hello All

Currently have a form with 4 review date fields (which are already filled in automatically) each review has a checkbox next to it so the administrator can tick the box when the completed review form is recieved back from the Manager, I need help in creating a report that generates if the checkbox remains unticked if it is greater than two weeks after review date, in other words some kind of status warning so the administrator can see who is behind in carrying out reviews and therefore chase up accordingly, any help or direction very much appreciated.

    fundamentally you need a query.

the query will have the criteria of the checkbox being 'blank'; which is value 0 AND the criteria of the review date field plus X days (whatever interval you want) Look up the DateAdd function in Help, or your text box.

you can work within query design until this query works they way you want. Then make a report and source it on the query.
