    Comments Field Refresh - How To Question

    Description of what is going on:

    I have a form that is mostly done except for one annoying item. I have a Comments field that when the form is Saved or Saved and Closed - appends to time/date stamp read only window below. Now, in most functional systems, the comments field would then clear once it has added the saved comment, but in this case the text stays. A new comment can be added if the field is manually cleared and new text is entered, so it is does not break the system - but it will likely annoy the users.

    The Question:

    In the Save and the Save and Close buttons, how do I get the action event of clicking on it to clear one field only and not the whole form?

    This is an UNBOUND textbox? Why?

    Set the textbox to null.

    Me.tbxComment = Null

    Thanks, I will try that. I just started learning Access on Friday last week since SharePoint was no longer cutting it for what I needed. So, likely a noob error on my part.
