    calculated fields

I have done this many times before but now i seem to have a simple expression even work. I have created a new form that i can input tax data into a table. I have put text fileds next to the input fields to total the columns i with to in the table. I used Sum(Fuel Costs) with should work but in normal view on the form the field looks like #name. There are attachments of the table, the form nomal view and design view. I dont know what im doing wrong?

If your form is a continuous form, then you can put the sum fields in the header or footer section, not the detail section. For the detail section, use the DSUM function to get the totals for the field. Also, for field names with a space, you should enclose them with brackets. Ex.:

    =sum([Fuel Costs])
