    Please Help

I transformed this company's old Microsoft Works database into a 2007 Access Database. They had a Word document that was linked to a billing receipt that would recieve exported data from the Works Database and put the data in specified spot so that they could run a blank receipt through the printer. I want to do the same thing in Access. Can I create a word document that would have a hyperlink to the data I want it to have? Also can I scan this receipt form they have and somehow put these hyperlinks in the correct allignment so that they don't have to put the blank receipt forms in the printer? Thanks so much!!!

If you wanted to do it all in Access, you could scan the form and use it as an image in an Access report. You overlay appropriate Access fields on top of the image and the report prints the image and text both.
