    Yes it worked - as stated. The changes were described for you, I figured you could follow them.

    Great! The question still remains to you - was that by design? Are users allowed to add records to that table using that form?

    At the bottom of the form are record numbers and the ability to move backwards and forwards thru the records, as well as being able to add new records. To remove that, change the form's property Navigation Buttons to No.

    The form we were working with is only to find and edit records. users will use a different form to enter new records.
