What do you mean by 'connect table to a datebase' - isn't that already a table in a database?

Why should I or anyone create a mockup? What should we do with it? You can attach database to post.

    thank you for your reply,

i am desprate to do this project on my own, but all my attempts have failed.

due to confidentiality i am not able share any information

can you direct me to previous posts that may have a sample access file for me to refer to.
where i can paste my datebase to preview (no editing required) in 'split form' view

thank you for your time, Izhar

You want a split form? Just set the form's Format property. Review https://support.office.com/en-us/art...B-86E79A1FBE1E

Where did you get that screen shot from? If you have an 'earlier' database then why would you need a 'sample access file'? Why would you need to 'paste' if data is already in an Access file?

Still don't really understand what you want.

    Cross posted at https://www.access-programmers.co.uk...d.php?t=294697

I'm also unclear what is being asked.
However, I've posted an emulated split form at https://www.access-programmers.co.uk...d.php?t=294421
This has the appearance of a split form but without the limitations of that.
