Form looks different on different computers

I finally "finished" a form I've been working on for months. I gave it to a co-worker to check out on her computer and some of the text boxes and labels are too small to see all of the text. On my computer everything looks great. We tried the .accdb on multiple computers around the office and it only looks good on my computer. What the heck?

I suspect your monitor resolution is lower than everyone else's. Basically, you can only design for the most common resolution that will be involved, or some intermediate value. I've read that there are hacks and 3rd party tools you can buy, but I've never employed them. I felt the prudent thing to do was to design for the common resolution, and if a user was bent on using very outdated views (like 800 x 600) because they were too proud to wear glasses or something, then I couldn't accommodate everyone and didn't try.

You can't just resize everything based on the resolution (which can be determined by code that runs on startup) because the spacing of the controls will be messed up.

Thank you so much. You are correct. It was the DPI settings on my PC. So frustrating, but I'm learning so all is good.
