Import Excel into Access database

new to Access and trying to import an Excel sheet into Access but when i do i get Field F15 doesn't exist in destination table
my excel sheet has column names in row 1 and the data for import in the following rows
i don't have any illegal characters, my database has 14 named fields only and lines up exactly with the excel sheet
what am i doing wrong?

solved it... turns out i was using a word in the column heading that wasn't allowed for access!
