Create chart from data file that is constantly updating in Microsoft Access

Hi people. So basically I have this excel sheet that contains details of bank accounts and their balances. My employer will be updating them every week, is there a way to automatically link the excel sheet to Access so that it doesn't have to be manually inserted every week? In addition to this I also want to create a chart that shows how the account balances changes year on end. Is there a way to efficiently do this? Any help will be appreciated.

If you're using excel then excels charting tools would probably be your best bet.

Also can you not import this information into access? Do you want a "live" data link?
