List Box Values, printing more than 1 page

I have a list of values from a query/table that is appearing correctly on the form; however, when I save the form as a pdf it is pulling back 6 pages instead of 1.
How to stop all 6 pages from printing.



Or is it a better way to pull the fields into the form other than a listbox

Are you using a ListBox or a ComboBox as your other post suggests?

I'm using a list box for this one. It pulls back several correct names. Highlighting the first record. Then when I send to .pdf I'm getting more than one letter.
