Multiple images with multiple record data on one page report for printing

Using MS Access 2007 on windows XP.

Wanting to place 10 ID images onto an A4 page. Each one of the 10 images has a different employee picture with each employees data. (e.g. Picture, Name, Employee Number, Department.) Then print it as a report. There are over 100 employees so it would need to print multiple pages with all employees being printed out.

How can I make each of the 10 ID images show the correct image and data against the correct people.

I can do 1 image and record information for 1 person on 1 page - no drama. Just wanting all 10 on one page to not waste paper etc.

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

make the report show multi records and 2 or 3 columns.
this way the records will wrap on a single page and you can get many persons on 1 page.

report design, page setup, columns tab, set # cols., and col. width

Thanks for that, will it work if I am having the page in portrait mode, then 2 rows of 5?

Sorry - how do I make report to show multi records?

Another example would be how do I see a page full of pictures of each employee?

This would be something similar I think

Set the size of the detail section to the height of one picture, then set the number of columns to display x number of pictures in one detail line. Set the detail section properties Can Grow and Can Shrink to no.

It wouldn't matter where the pictures are coming from, single employee or multiple employee, the record source of the report would determine that.
