I generate a billing report from a billing form and I put the name of my company and the logo at the top of the page. It looks fine but is only on the first page. Do i have to add it in design view every time a new page is added?

It would seem that you have added your Company logo in the report header. To do what you're describing, add it in the page header instead.
You may need to turn on the Page Header view with "View > Page Header/Footer" while in report design view.
