Unable to totally quit acess

Using Access 2007, Windows 8.1



I'm trying to completely close and quit access from a database with:

 
Private Sub OKButton_Click()
    DoCmd.CloseDatabase
    DoCmd.Quit acQuitSaveAll
End Sub

But no matter what I try I get back to the screen as per attached

Please can any body help

usu: DoCmd.Quit
is all you need to shut everything down.
