    Right click menu with arrow

    I can create a right click menu. But I want to add the arrow which then opens up to more choices. Help please

    The arrow appears when you have a sub menu.
    (google that)

    That shows how to build a right click menu but not one with 'sub menus'

    Are you using a Macro or VBA code to create the shortcut (right-click) menu?

    Thanks for the reply. The
    How to: Create a Shortcut Menu for a Form, Form Control, or Report shows LINES between some items. That is not what I am trying to do. If you right click on just about any object on a form (in design mode), you get the 'Build Event' menu. Looking down almost to the bottom, there are commands called Anchoring, Fill Back Color, and others which have a small arrow next to them. Moving the mouse over them opens another menu with commands. That is what I am trying to do.

    I totally get what you want to do. What you want is called a submenu. I do it in many of my Access applications.


    As soon as I get back to my computer I will locate some VBA examples I have and post them.

    Until then, the first link one I posted on using macros does exactly what yu want. You can learn from that how to do the same with VBA code.
