My Coded Access Filter Has a Crazy Bug

My company is running a database that has this filter on a form that it selects between 5 different people and it opens the data that is associated with that person and i was wondering if it was my code or if someone can give me a new code and try to fix this bug, if you cannot see it just look at the first data entry its the same on each one but the filter changes the person that is supposed to get that data.

Purpose of the BuildLeader combobox at top of form is to input filter criteria? Controls used for input of filter criteria must be UNBOUND, otherwise will change data in record.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
