Grouping records with continuous form

I want to group records in a continuous form.
I know you can do it with a report, like this video (3.25min)

But I want to edit the records and this is not possible with forms.
How can I do this ?

forms do not have a grouping facility like report, but you can layout the continuous form as you like. You may need to remove layouts if they have been applied
