Labeling an icon on my dashboard

I have created a dashboard where users can just "click" and follow directions for the info they need. All of the buttons have text except for one. That one has an icon/picture of a file cabinet. Users can click on it to access all documents for a particular file. However, I can't figure out how to add text to tell what this icon represents. Neither the "Aa" nor the "ab" option in design (under form design tools) seems to let me do what I need to do. Am I missing something

On the Format tab of the command button control, you can put a hint/title/whatever in the ControlTip Text property. Then when a user hovers over the button, that text will be displayed in a one-line window below the mouse pointer.
