Clicking on label opens up new record

The first form of my DB is a record selector where you select from text boxes different criteria. But for some reason, whenever I click any of the label headings for each of the txt boxes, it creates a new record?

any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hi swimmermx,

Be aware that labels have click events, you may have the "on click" event set to add a new record or what ever. I have used labels as buttons before, so right click on your label and goto Properties and see if an event is set.

I know that but it had nothing set, I just deleted them and re-created them and it worked? I don't know I'm not going to ask questions haha. Thanks though!
