Question Subform has limited records available to input

    Hello,
I added a subform to a main form and now the main form is only showing 1 to 790 records available (this is the number of records in the subform table, there are many more records in the main table). Have no idea why this has happened.
To put this in context - I have imported data from an existing database to a new one in order to modify the structure (add and link some more tables). So the table for the subform is linked to the main records table in a many-to-one relationship. I then also imported the existing form from the old database as I thought it would be easier to edit it than create a new one from scratch - so don't know if this is why there is a problem, or it is something else I've done!

Any help and/or suggestions would be gladly appreciated!
    Regards,
    Bex

The one table should be bound to the main form while the many table is for the subform.

Thanks, yes that's how I've set up the relationship. Maybe I haven't got the table bound to the form correctly?

In a Main and Subform form setup, the table for the subform should have a field (Foreign key) pointing back to a record in the Main form's table (Primary Key).
In the example below, the property sheet is for the CONTROL HOLDING the subform. The control Name is frmTaskssubformNew and the subform name is sfrmOpenProjects.
