Sharepoint list brought down in Access db file showing error while loading data through Access db?

I have a choice field in share point list and there are more than 100 choices in it.while in the dropdown for that field in sharepoint site ,it is showing all the values,but when i track this list in Access db and go over to the field,in dropdown no values are shown in access db file.So,while loading any data through access db,it shows error"the value you are trying to update is breaking the data integrity rule".I know the cause of error because in access db,for that field it is not recognising any choice value and therefore giving the error.I have attached the extract having the field with the choices.Kindly help?
