    Question HELP! formatting currency

I have a report that displays a paragraph. Within that paragraph I have a couple of amounts displayed. If the amont ends in a "0" (i.e. $25.00) the report truncates off the "00". Same if it $25.60. The "0" is truncated off. I have verified that the underlying query does displays two decimal places regardless. I have formatting within the report (see below). I am using Access 2007. I know in pervious versions you could make sure there wasn't any formatting going on in groups and sorting. I check there and there are no groups and sorts.

    Code:
    Format([Total Balance],"$#,###.##")
