Form is blank when I opent in form view, but it show clearly that ther are things there in design

I open a form in MS access 2010 and it is blank. Nothing is on the form at all. When I switch the from to design view there is a lot of stuff there.

Please understand that I never designed this form myself. It is only in a database that I inherited. I am just wondering what I should check
in the from properties that would allow this form to be visible when I open it.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

Typically this happens when there are no records and the form doesn't allow additions.
