    refreshing form after running query

    Hi

I have three drop down parameter boxes set up on a form. The user can choose one of the options, drop down the list, and then it runs a query to open up a report.
Then I have a forth box with a button set up to display all of the data that I have.
I am running into a problem because if the user chooses an option off of the first drop down box and run's the query, and then goes back to view all of the data, it only brings up what was run after the first drop down. How can I reset the data so that I can have a button to just display all data?
    Thanks for any input!

    Hi Nina,

a bit difficult to answer if you don't say how the query is build, or the report is filtered. It seems you set a report filter by the first drop down list. In this case, let the fourth box set the filter to "" or "1=1" before showing the report.
