Populate Second form based on DBL Click of ID in main form

I'm an old programmer trying to use new tool. I'm developing an Insurance app where the Customer may have Many Policies and each Policy may have many transactions. I have a Main form which allows the user to select a Customer (CustomerID) and click a button to look at all Policies. This works fine. Then he can DBL Click on a Policy Number to look at the Transactions for that Policy. That's where the problem arises. The form opens and displays the first Customer/Transactions no matter what customer/Policy was chosen. If the Policy does not have a transaction, nothing displays.

Question is: how do I get the correct Customer/Policy/Transactions to display and if no Transactions, Display customer/policy info?
