Remotely sharing a complex access db

Hi, I have a large highly complex MS Access database that was previously accessed by multiple users via a networked company citrix server (front end) and SQL server (back end). What are my options for taking this database and making it available to multiple users around the world who do not work in a networked environment. Web Database option is no good as I have a mass of VBA coding, complex queries (within Access and SQL), complex forms and reporting etc.
    Thanks

think you need to clarify what this means
to multiple users around the world who do not work in a networked environment
Are they in the same company? are they working from home? are they members of the public? Do they have internet access?, etc.

Assuming they are working for the same company - why can't they connect to the citrix server?

You would need a master db to link all DB tables together so you can run queries on all tables.
either by network, or copy paste the db to a place you can access it.

    In response to the above:
I want to make the database available to various people (some work from home, some work for different companies) - none of them have a network or servers, neither do I. Yes they have internet access. I have no access to a citrix or SQL server any more.

Only suggestion I can make is to migrate the sql server backend to azure. But are all these other users using the same version/bit of access. But if you don't have access to the current sql server, I've no idea how you woud achieve that.
