Microsoft access can't find the wizard

    Hi,

I have been trying to link outlook folder to access by doing External data- outlook folder - and selecting with wizard,

i have my default folder and shared outlook folder, i can easily link my default inbox to access but i cannot link the outlook shared inbox to my access. am getting the below error.

"Microsoft access can't find the wizard. this wizard has not been installed, or there is an incorrect setting in windows registry, or this wizard has disabled"

could you please help me with this problem.

    1. Try the control panel, install programs,
right click Access and install additional iitems,
    select Wizards to install.

    or
    2. If wizard WAS installed and won't work,
In control panel, run Repair, then reboot

    or
    3. Uninstall Access, reinstall with FULL features.
