    How to print current record

    Hi, I have a form named 801Frm, i want to print only the current form but when i used the Command Button Wizard to set up the button to print the form, it prints all records not just the current record in display.

    I Tried:
    Record Operations --> Print Record
    Form Operations --> Print a Form and Print Current Form
    Report Operations -- Print Report

    all do print, but all 1000+ records.

    any help will be appreciated.

    thanks you.

    Most of us would use a report for printing. You have a lot more control over the format and what gets printed. If you switch, I'd use this method to print:

    BaldyWeb wherecondition

    with OpenReport of course. If you insist on printing the form, I think it's source has to be restricted to the desired record.
