Control can't be edited; it's bound to an unknown field

I am trying to add two fields to an MS Access Form that is directly linked to a SharePoint list. However, when I try to put any information in the fields, it shows up "#Name?" and gives the error, "Control can't be edited; it's bound to an unknown field" at the bottom of the screen.

I have tried deleting and recreating the form. Nogo. I made sure the new fields were setup the exact same as the other functional fields as "Plain Text"

I am not using any formulas at all. It is just a simple form to add data to the SharePoint list.

Please help me as I am ready to pull out my hair trying to figure out what is causing this problem.

Disregard. I just deleted the database and created a new one off my SharePoint list and everything is working fine.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
