Can you help me with the code for the following:

When I tick checkbox A then checkbox B, C, D etc. will automatically be ticked as well. When I un-tick checkbox A then the opposite must happen.

You would use the AfterUpdate event of CheckBox A to achieve this. Have you tried that yet?

Find the AfterUpdate event in the property sheet of the CheckBox and press the "..." button and select code. then your procedure will look something like:
Me.CheckBoxB = Me.CheckBoxA
Me.CheckBoxC = Me.CheckBoxB
...etc
