    Question Macro Question

Is it possible to set a macro on a check box on a form that when checked, moves the record to an archive table?

The greater question is should records be moved to an archive table? In most situations, the answer is no. You'd simply flag the record with a status field of some sort. That let's you query current, old or all records easily.

If you really want to move them, and with a macro, you could have it run an append query and then a delete query.
