    Question subdatasheet totals

Can I have totals for a subdatasheet on a query? I would like to populate the subdatasheet with the red values in the picture.

Create a Crosstab query from the Query Wizard and step through the process. You can do totals in those.

Yes you can. there is no 'subtotaling' in queries themselves you basically have to combine two different queries (the one you have, plus one that does just the subtotaling) and organize them in a union query such that the 'subtotal' line appears last. If you did it this way, however, it would preclude you from doing any data manipulation as it would make the 'sub' query a non-updateable recordset.
