    Forms dataheet view

    Hi -

I have created a form and set the view to datasheet. Is there a way to set the width of each column? When I view the form some of the columns are truncated. Please see the screenshots in the datasheet.pdf that is attached.

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You set it manually by dragging, till you get the column size that you want. You do this in form view. Once you set the appropriate widths, hit the Save button. Avoid going back to design view or exiting Access if your form (in form view) is not save yet; otherwise, the columns go back to their previous sizes.
