    similar data rows trouble

    hello,
Please forgive the Access NooB question here.

I have a data report that I can pull from my system here at work that is used to take a list of account numbers and each have one of 3 codes associated with it (which corespond with a particular action).

    currently shows as:
    Acct# 111222 code 1
    Acct# 111222 code 2
    Acct# 111222 code 3

As you can see - the account number may repeat, but there won't be a time when the report will show the same account number & same code.

Is there a way to use the data to combine in to a single row?

    Example:
    111222 code1, code2, code3

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

See if this does what you want:

Return a concatenated list of sub-record values
