Is that a Form or a report? How are you totaling the column?
This is a report. I added a box to calculate the total amount. Do I need to create a query form to show our closing sales ratio? How should I do that?
A Report has some unique properties. It makes several passes to completely define the report *before* printing. As such you can place a control in the Report Footer (visible or not) that sums the column you want. You can then reference that control in each line of the report detail and create the percentage of the total value you are looking for.
