    Toolbars

I have started a new job at work where I now administer access databases, and I'm very much in the newbie learner phase!!!!

I have inherited a large database which I am changing. On it is a custom toolbar which I find cannot be changed in 2010? I have therefore decided to get rid of it and instead put some shortcuts on the quick access toolbar.

The problem is I find that it works fine for personnel with the full access programme, but for the users who only have runtime they cannot see the quick access toolbar??

Is there a way I can get them to see the quick access toolbar?????

    Thanks

you need to create your own toolbar - runtime does not provide access to the quick access toolbar, right click menus, ribbon, navigation pane etc)

this link provides links that may help

also a tip - when developing, to see what it is like to be running in runtime and everything is working as required, make a copy and change the file copt extension from .accdb to .accdr. you can the run this whilst still keeping the .accdb development file open to make changes as you test or notes in the code.
